ok, i have searched and searched for this ONE eiposde, but i can't find it.
spike tells buffy about his past where all the women he loves say "you're beneath me". then, buffy ends up saying the same thing.
ring a bell to anyone?

The episode is called "Fool for Love" and is episode 7 of Season 5.
Good episode with some excellent camera work and direction towards the end, but I always feel a little disappointed with it.
For me it is THE episode which makes Spike a bona fide bitch who gets knocked about by the likes of Xander.
I don't want that. I like the idea of Spike in love with Buffy but whats with the chip and his new "reward" (Notice how I use that word people this aint the SPOILER section)
I want a kick ass Spike in love with the slayer and planning to turn her, how cool would that be, a Vamped out Slayer!

I'm fond of the episode purely because of the old flashbacks to Spike kicking a little slayer arse! ;D Finally watched all of season 6 of Buffy and Angel season 3, in one two-day session, phew! Some bits were really great  others sucked balls  ! Roll on season 7/4, hoping for some great sheeit!
