I dont know if this is a good or a bad thing but Channel 4 have gone and brought the rights to the second season of Angel. After the awful treatment that Angel had in the hands of Channel 4 many were hoping that another channel would pick it up. This has not happend though.
It does seem that Channel 4 have payed a lot of money for Angel season 2 and now realise that it has a big audience. These are good signs of giving it a good timeslot.
For UK viewers concerned that Buffy & Angel storys wont go together, there is no need to be as Angel Season Two is a stand alone series and their are no major cross overs that will effect your enjoyment.
Angel will be shown from early 2002.

Damn! I was hoping for BBC coverage of Angel as apart from taking it off for crap sport at least it would be treated right and not shunted around the schedule until they eventually put it on at the worst possible time... 2 o'clock on a goddamn sunday morning. aarrgh damn you channel4 you best treat it right this time around. I know where you live
