This could be a hard question to answer as there are a hell of a lot of good Buffy episodes out there!

Yet again they can be in any order!

Ok my top five in no particular order are:

"Passion"
"Becoming Part 2"
"Hush"
"Spiral"
"The Gift"

You probably dont agree with me so what are yours???

Okay Rogue you already know my personal favourite episode but the five in no particular order are:

'Angel'
'School Hard'
'Doomed'
'The Yoko Factor'
'Fool for Love'

This is of course subject to change when I have viewed season six.

Well i fell stupid because i do not know the names but i love the 2nd season, and "Becoming PArts 1 and 2''are my favorites!

I have to admit I haven't watched Buffy from season 1 to season 6.    I started watching Buffy around season 4.  So I probably missed out on alot of really good shows.  But here are my favorites so far:

"Once More, With Feeling"
"Tabula Rasa"  <--just finished watching that!
"The Gift"
"The Crush"
"Hush"

For those of you waiting for Season 6,  I think you'll like it.

I like to change my top five and switch 'Doomed' for 'Becoming part 2', having just re-watched series two this a possibly the best Buffy ep ever  8)

You've got to watch the first three series Gidget they are absolutely fantastic, especially my personal favourite-series two.

I know the box sets are expensive but if you have never seen them before they are more than worth the cost, it's some of the best entertainment money can buy

Watching Season One to Three is a MUST Gidg!!!

I know you are from the US aren't the FX Network reshowing Buffy at the moment twice a day?? If so watch them.

At the moment the US plan is to release Season One on DVD in January so you should get it, I dont think there is a bad episode in there.
Plus gotta agree with Mephisto Season Two is just TOO good, you really have to see it to believe it!

Yah, I would love to see seasons 1-3.  And ya, they are airing on FX, but ummm... I don't get that channel...    So I guess I'll just have to wait till they come out on DVD.  And then I will buy them    Thanx for tellin me that seasons 1-3 are so great.  I can't wait to see them.

As far as I am aware Gidg the Buffy box sets in the US are very, very behind the UK when it comes to VHS tapes and the DVD discs. You may be able to get season1 and possibly season2 but I'm not sure, you'll have to look around to see (sorry I'm not more help ).

Here in the UK we have VHS box sets of all the Buffy episodes up to the end of season 5 and DVD's of the first three seasons ( just been released a couple of weeks ago  .

As Rogue says they plan to release the Season 1 DVD in January so I assume the others will quickly follow within a couple of months, so you haven't got too long to wait before they come out over there (yay ;D)
