After watching the class film that is the other night, i wasa wanderin if there is any plans for a future or remake film in the pipeline

Lets hope not after that terrible first effort. Yet to be fair Joss didnt have too much to do with it.
I hear rumours all the time about a movie but dont count on it. I cant see it happening as there is only one more season after the current one showing in the US.

Can't see a film in the pipeline really. Shame really but I suppose you have the problem of what Bad guy gets elevated to movie status? The Devil? If they did say, Angelus or Spike as the Big Bad it may not attract many new fans as they probably won't get what's going on with missing out on the series. Also if a movie were to happen it would most likely be after series seven and I've got a strong feeling that death is on the cards for several characters leading up to the finale. Rumours are that *Name With-held* is the season six bad guy, so is probably dead, Giles may return but if the spin-off 'Watcher' isn't a success then he will likely die too and they will probably kill Buff for a third time too. Without the majority of the cast I can't see it continuing on like the X Files into movie territory. Shame I really aren't looking forward to the end of Buffy, no more episodes ever  But i've got two series to watch until then, enjoy it while it lasts  |
